Exchange and Return Policy

We accept exchange or return requests within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and components intact.

Conditions for Accepting a Return or Exchange

• The request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must have a confirmed manufacturing defect — returns for change of mind are not accepted.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and components included in the original package must be returned.

Customer Options After an Approved Return

Once your return is approved, you may choose to either receive a replacement of the same product, or receive store credit equivalent to the product's value to use on a future purchase.

Delivery Policy

• We deliver to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and international destinations.
• International shipping is handled through our partner Aramex.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Jordan only and may incur an additional processing fee.
• Standard delivery time within Jordan is 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
• For international shipments via Aramex, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery at a time that is convenient for you.
